The Association for the Development of the Vega – Sierra Elvira region, Consorcio Vega – Sierra Elvira (CVSE), is going to submit the VEGAINNOVA Project, which is within the EUROEMPLOYMENT programme funded by the Andalusian Employment Service, for the promotion of transnational cooperation actions.
The above mentioned programme is within the framework of the European Social Fund Operative Programme 2007-2013, approved by the Commission Decision of 13th December 2007. This project will be developed during the years 2010 – 2011.
The main general aim of the project is to improve and to complement the Andalusian active policies for employment through transnational and interregional cooperation, promoting the exchange of experiences, methodologies, procedures and products by contributing effective, innovative and transferable measures in the employment field.
The project has been designed in five stages:
- Stage 1: Planning and Training
- Stage 2: Study and Comparative Analysis.
- Stage 3: Development of Innovative Products.
- Stage 4: Experimental Strategy and Training Internships.
- Stage 5: Dissemination and Transfer of Results
These stages are integrated within a series of transnational actions, for which we need your collaboration as a transnational partner, and that are the following ones:
- Study Visit to your organisation.
- Exchange of professionals, for the exchange of best practices applied to active policies for employment, in the partner country.
- Taking part in the 2.0 Web Professional Network.
- Receiving beneficiaries of our active policies for employment for the development of training internships.
The whole budgetary cost of this project will be assumed by our organisation and we strongly believe that this is an enriching experience for both parties because you will have the following benefits:
- To extrapolate experience, activities, procedures and methodologies gained in active policies for employment to your country or region.
- To exchange documentation and material.
- To benefit from the studies and comparative analyses carried out in the project.
- To take active part in the 2.0 Web Professional Network.
- Monitoring of the experimental strategy and the obtained results.
For all these reasons, we request your active participation as transnational partner organisation.
To become a partner of our project, please fill in, sign and stamp the attached PARTNER LETTER OF INTENT. The deadline to receive your letter of intent in Spain duly signed and stamped by you is on Friday 18th December 2009. As soon as the letter is ready and duly signed and stamped by your representative, please send it to us by email in scanned version or by fax in order to check that it is fine. Once checked, we will send an urgent courier service paid by our organisation to collect the letter in original.
